You will use this user name in the game. It must be from 3 to 20 characters long and may only consist of letters (without diacritics) and numbers.

Password, you will use to log in to the system, should have be 6 to 20 characters long. We recommend to use letters and numbers only.

It is forbidden to play in a country that is not your own! Please choose your country from the list and do not risk a possible team lock out in the future. If your country is not included in the list, please choose the 'Other World' option.

General business conditions of the PowerPlay Manager:

1. Business conditions determine the rules between the operator of the internet game POWERPLAY MANAGER, /hereinafter as game/, and the players of the game. The game POWERPLAY MANAGER contains many independent units, presenting various different sports.

2. The Operator of this game is POWERPLAY MANAGER s.r.o.

3. The Operator of the game provides virtual services: the PRO pack and the CREDIT pack. Both of these are enhancement packages, which improve the experience of playing for the user. The PRO pack is a package of virtual functions, which a manager can subscribe to for a specific period of time.  The CREDIT pack represents virtual finances /hereinafter as credits/, which a player can use to gain various services within the game. Credits for the CREDIT pack can be gained in many different ways, they can be bought through payment, won, or rewarded. Credits can only be used within the game and cannot be redeemed for money, ownership of credits does not justify any financial obligation on the part of POWERPLAY MANAGER to an individual. However, it is possible to spend credits for products from the POWERPLAY MANAGER Fan Shop within the game once the Fan Shop is launched.

4. Money payed by a player for the virtual services PRO pack or CREDIT pack can be refunded to the full extent within 3 days after activation of the given virtual service if the customer is not satisfied with the product. The activation of virtual service is considered to be the date of addition of credits to the user's account in the game. The monetary refund is realized via the electronic payment service http://www.moneybookers.com or via the paypal payment service at https://www.paypal.com. The refund request must be sent by e-mail to support@powerplaymanager.com. Due to imposed fees, refunds will be credited back at a 20% discount of the total amount. If a refund is not claimed within 3 days after the activation of the given virtual service, a claim for the refund becomes null and void and cannot be demanded. The credits remain on the player's account and they can only be used within the game.

5. Once the player has clicked on the "I Agree with the business conditions and rules" button he confirms his agreement with the business conditions and terms of use of the game. The rules of the various independent manager games, which are the units of the internet game project POWERPLAY MANAGER, are in the section rules, where the specific rules to each sport can be found.

6. The operator reserves the right to intervene in the game without prior notification.

7. The operator reserves the right to limit access to game to players for extended periods of time due to unforeseen reasons or inevitable maintenance without prior notification. Players are not entitled to claim the compensation in such instances.

8. Player is responsible for all acts relating to the use of game.

9. Player does not have the right to claim compensation of the damages, caused by malfunction of the game or caused by information leakage requested by operator related to activation of the game.

10. The operator has the right to cancel a player´s account, in a particular sport or even his general account, if a player uses his account in conflict with the ethical, legal and moral principles of the society. In such case, a player is not entitled to claim any refund for payments related to the PRO pack or CREDIT pack, or to refund the payments expended on purchase of player´s account.  All rights and claims related to  player´s account are also revoked in this case.

11. The operator has the right to cancel a players account, in a particular sport or even his general account, if the player breaks the game rules. In such case, a player is not entitled to claim any refund for payments related to the PRO pack or CREDIT pack, or to refund the payments expended on purchase of player´s account. 12. If the player´s account is cancelled for any reason different than mentioned in Art. 10. and Art. 11 of this business conditions, the transfer of the remaining credits  to another player´s account will be enabled, if the player requests this within 3 days since his account has been cancelled. Request for transfer of credits must be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address support@powerplaymanager.com . Remaining days prepaid in packet PRO cannot be transfered to another players account or refunded.

13. The operator is not responsible for the damage caused by the abuse of the password used in the player´s account.

14. The operator reserves the right to change these general business conditions without previous announcement. Changed business conditions become effective since its publishing on the relevant web page of the POWERPLAY MANAGER project.

15. The operator reserves the right to change the game rules without previous announcement. New game rules will be published on the relevant web page of the POWERPLAY MANAGER project.

16. The operator reserves the right to send information about the  POWERPLAY MANAGER project and its partners to a players e-mail address.

17. PowerPlay Manager s.r.o. is not responsible for the content of the messages and emails sent through the manager account of the game and the opinions expressed in the messages or emails cannot be considered as the opinions of PowerPlay Manager s.r.o.

18. These business conditions have been translated into English. In case of any doubts or misinterpretations the original Slovak version of these business conditions apply.
